He said that not only would I get the best service, Dan would beat anyone’s prices.  Sure enough, Dan exceeded both.  When Dan came out, I wanted a quote to replace the system since it wasn’t working.  Unlike the other 5 companies I had come out to give me a quote, Dan instead tried to repair the current system for the cheapest option to me.  He went through the entire system to see if it could be fixed.  Other companies didn’t even try that.  They just wanted to sell a new product and upsell at that.  After spending about an hour trying to get the system to work, it became very apparent that the system had to be replaced.  Dan sat down with me and figured out what my household used and how big of a system was needed for my household and informed me that the current system was too small.  Within the same day, Dan had emailed me the quote for the new system.  All the other companies not only tried to upsell me, but the closest one to Dan’s price was almost double his price.  I decided to get this done with him and within a week, he was setting up the appointment for the install.  Him and his workers came out, had taken out the old system, installed the newer/much better system, cleaned up and had me all spun up with my phone app watching the solar making power before he left.  Since the install he has checked back in with me multiple times just to make sure that everything was working and if I had any questions.  He walked me through everything and has been a pleasure to work With since the beginning.  Sorry about this long review, but I wanted people to know that Dan isn’t out to take advantage of people.  He actually cares about his customers and wants them to feel that they’re properly taken care of.  I would definitely recommend Dan and Sunhawk Solar to everyone I know that needs anything dealing with solar.
